Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Rest assured we will always do what is best for our customers because we want you to be as excited by your purchases as we are!  

All products are checked and double checked before being posted but if damage does occur during transit, please email us at rusticdreamsau@gmail.com within 48 hours of opening your package with photos of the damaged product. Please be sure to add your name, product purchased and date of purchase. We will replace an item if it is damaged during transit with the same item.

Feel confident that we offer refunds on soy candles if your item may not be what you intended to purchase. If you change your mind you are welcome to return the product unused in its original condition. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. The product refund will be processed once the item has reached us. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on essential oil roller bottles or refill bottles.

Please note our returns policy for change of mind purchases is 7 days from the date of your payment. 

Natural soy wax can be temperamental. In some instance due to temperature and climate, the wax to glass adhesion may have a 'cloudy' look and some 'frosting' may occur on top of your candle. This is not a defect to the candle. It is simply natures ingredients trying to form back to its natural state. Please understand that this is out of our control. This doesn't effect how your candle will burn in any way.
